Site rent covers 2 people. If you have overnight guests, there is a $100 peso fee per person per night.
Some of you have been placed in the next lower class because you made the improvements to the site.

Note**The peso has fallen which makes the increase minimal against US and Canadian currency but
inflation in Mexico is not under control.

What services and amenities are included in my rent?

For reservations please email jolynn.forney@live.com  Please be sure to include the dates of your proposed stay. We only take reservations for 2 months or more although there is usually space for shorter stays.

Right now I am collecting emails then will be taking reservations in September after I have confirmation of existing reservations. I will then go in order of when you first emailed, among other criteria.
